Summary: The cheese maker will be responsible for the making of the cheese at the vats, including any variation of the recipes that are approved for production. This will include but is not limited to operation of the cheese make vats, touch screens for control of the vats, pH meters and EFV’s.They will also need to be able to run the various CIP systems for cleaning the vats, fines saver, EFV’s, curd lines, HTST, barrel line, including the probe stations and whey recovery system. Cheese makers will be able to make decisions and accurately record the data required for all of the processes.

- Have knowledge of and understand all equipment involved in the operation of the cheese make vats, EFV’s, fine saver, and working knowledge of the barrel line, including lines, valves, tanks, etc..
- Knowledge of sampling equipment and sample handling and storage
- Documents all runs for the production day

Position Overview
This person will be responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds and equipment. These include, but are not limited to: Pumps, motors, valves, VFD’s, electrical, plumbing, air handling, blowers, silos, vats, forklifts, packaging lines, waste handling and incoming water, so that the operation can remain in a steady state of operation with as little downtime as possible.Essential Job Functions

Summary: It is the responsibility of the Quality Technician to assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of plant food safety and quality systems in compliance with company, industry and regulatory standards and customer requirements. Conduct laboratory testing on products.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with promotion of quality standards and expectations, execution of accountability of employees, to SQF standards, and implementation of quality and food safety communication and training systems.
- Assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of the plant HACCP program.
- Assist with plant sanitation, food safety and quality programs per company expectations.
- Assist with maintaining SQF 3rd party certification.
- Understand the manufacturing process flow and provide support to plant operations regarding any quality, food safety, or sanitation related issues.
- Ensure compliance of all quality programs per requirements of company, industry and regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Assist with auditing systems to measure compliance, and facilitate corrective and preventative actions to address non-compliance issues.
- Track product quality for conformance to specifications, and other plant quality results, and report results.

Summary: The Milk Pasteurizer Operator will be responsible for a variety of key functions related to our incoming milk supply and our finished products. This position is responsible for the continuous monitoring of all milk and whey processing equipment with our plant. This position is a rotating shift, with every other weekend; day and night shift available (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) Pay is based off of experience. Will train the right candidate.
